本場、アメリカでトップシェアを誇るWeber製のグリルをご用意。
そのグリルに合わせたお肉・野菜を厳選しました。
ガスグリルだから面倒な火起こしや片付けは不要です。

地元浜松は三ヶ日のブランド牛「みっかび牛」

メインの牛肉にみっかび牛の肩ロースステーキをご用意しました。日照時間が長い三ヶ日の地でお日様を豊富に浴びて育った三ヶ日みかん。そのミネラル・ビタミン豊富なみかんを餌の一部に与えられ育ったみっかび牛は上質な旨味が詰まっています。
