Experience winter and spring at the same time for only four days each year!The Zao Echo Line will be closed during the winter, but will reopen in mid-April, allowing visitors to walk along a 2-km course between the walls of snow created during snow removal.A special bus tour will be offered to visit the snow wall and "Hitome-senbon-zakura'" in Okawara City at the foot of Mt. Zao.Enjoy the fantastic sight of thousands of cherry trees along both banks of the Shiraishi River with snow-capped Mt. Zao in the background.Enjoy sledding in the Daikokuten parking lot where the event will be held, and you can also see snowplows!Lunch will be provided so that you can have a Japanese hanami experience.In addition to the nature experience, we will also enter the Zao Kokeshi Museum where you can learn about Tohoku culture!

Dress code - Must bring items	The temperature is about 7°C lower than in the plains at an altitude of around 1,500 meters.In addition, the temperature may be close to 0°C in bad weather, so please wear warm and windproof clothing.Although you will walk only on snow-cleared areas, we recommend that you wear trekking shoes or otherfootwear that are easy to walk in and slip-resistant.

Matters require attention	・This is not a private tour, you will enjoy the tour with other guests together. ・If the minimum number of participants (15) is not met by (10) days before the scheduled date, the tour on that date might be canceled.・Please note that we may not be able to take you to the snow wall due to road closures caused by bad weather. In that case, we will take you to an alternative location such as the Zao Cheese Factory.(Please note that no refunds will be made in such cases.)
