Matters require attention	以下を必ずご確認の上、ご参加ください。・健康状態について弊店のホームページより、病歴チェックを済ませたうえでご参加ください。過去に、耳の病気、呼吸器系、循環器系の病気にかかった方は、医師の診断書が必要となります。喘息・心臓疾患・呼吸器系の疾患・神経系の疾患・糖尿病・妊娠などの方は参加できかねますのでご了承ください。・天候、海況により、ダイビングポイントの変更や、ご予約成立後の場合でもキャンセルになる場合がございます。あらかじめご了承下さい。・飛行機について気圧の変化により身体にトラブルが発生する場合があります。体験ダイビングであっても、ダイビング後の同日に飛行機に乗る事はできません。　また、複数ダイビングの場合、飛行機搭乗まで18時間は空けてください。
