Plan description

It is a Japanese sweets making experience at the long-established confectionery store "Morishita Shofuan" in Naganuma Town. Mr. Morishita, a confectionery master, will teach you carefully, so even beginners can experience it with confidence. You can eat the Japanese sweets you made on the spot or take them home as souvenirs. The Japanese sweets you make will be more attached to you and will feel more delicious than usual! Please try it.

Making "Neri-kiri" that looks gorgeous

In the Japanese sweets making experience, you can make 3 types of Neri-kiri such as flowers. Each uses a different technique and uses a variety of tools. Some things are a little difficult, but they will teach you gently and politely, so you can enjoy making them.

Take a break with matcha

After the experience, let's take a break with the Neri-kiri made by making matcha. A chance to ask Mr. Morishita, who likes talking, about Japanese sweets! It should tell you various things such as recommended things in Naganuma Town.

Shopping at Morishita Shofuan

Morishita Shofuan next to Naganuma Marche sells not only Japanese sweets, but also cakes and Western sweets! There are many Naganuma specialty sweets. Be sure to try the very popular Karinto manju!
