Plan description

パン作りは、粉からこね始め約３時間。
9時から始めると12時くらい。13時からだと16時くらいです。
子供はバターロール5個くらい。おとなは食パン1.5斤くらい。

焼き物をしていたおかげで、炎の動きを想像することができました。
パン窯は普通に窯を作ると焼きむらができて焼きにくい窯になってしまうと思いましたので、焚口を2か所作ることにしました。煙道を下につけ、一旦上に上がった炎を下に吸い込むようにしました。
炉内のどこにおいてもパンはほぼ均一に焼ける窯になりました。

美しい自然に囲まれて

すさみ町の枯れ木灘海岸はとても美しいところですが、山間部も海岸線以上に美しいところです。
紀南の川はどこも美しい水が豊富ですが、緑深い森林が美しい水を育んでいるのです。
