Located in the southern part of the Kii Peninsula, Kozagawa Town is home to the Kozagawa River, known as the cleanest river in the southernmost part of Honshu. Many creatures, such as long-legged shrimp and gobies, live in the clear river, which has been nurtured in a rich natural environment, and the scenery created by the mountains and strange rocks is also one of the attractions that entertains the viewer. Our goal in Kozagawa is to "learn about nature safely and while having fun." The clear Koza River, located at the southernmost tip of Honshu, is highly transparent, and if the weather is good, you can clearly see down to the bottom of the river. Many creatures live here, and you can enjoy watching fish and catching langoustines especially in the summer! Enjoy the Koza River with an experienced guide!
