Plan attractions
A spacious space with a sense of cleanliness while retaining the traditional beauty of Japan A long time ago, the lord of the Kishu Tokugawa family stayed at a mansion in the Edo period as an inn on the way to visit Ise. On the 500 tsubo site, you can spend time in a clean and spacious space while retaining the traditional beauty of Japan, such as three Japanese gardens, a 50 tatami mat room, a tea room, a veranda, a dirt floor, a built-in, and a rice brewery. The main building still uses lacquered fusuma and fittings from the Edo period, and you can experience the traditional beauty of Japan, such as fusuma paintings, handmade glass, and Shoin-zukuri. Many of the lacquer ware and furniture used at that time remain while the gardens and warehouses retain their appearance as they were during the Edo period.
Experience cooking rice with chopping wood and a kamado In a location full of openness, you can break firewood and cook rice in a traditional Japanese kettle. Let's enjoy the glossy cooked rice cooked in spring water!
Enjoy the charcoal grilled shichirin Shichirin is an item that you can enjoy authentic charcoal grilling made from diatomaceous earth. There is almost no odor or smoke to worry about. In addition, it is characterized by its plumpness and crispness when it is difficult for excess water to come out of the ingredients. The far-infrared effect effectively brings out the umami of the ingredients, while the smoked charcoal effect further enhances the aroma and umami of the ingredients. In addition, you can enjoy BBQ healthy because it removes excess oil by grilling.
Bonfire and desert time Put firewood in the hearth and surround the natural fire with a fluffy grilled marshmallow for a sweet moment ♪
