皆さんがご用意した刺身用のフィレ（さく）から、握り寿司用にネタを切っていきます。うまく切るコツを本格的に優しくお教えします。
実際に寿司屋の板前さんが握っている本格的な握りのプロセスで握り寿司を握りましょう。繰り返し優しくお教えしますので、自然と身体が覚えてきます。自身で握ったお寿司の味は格別ですよ！これを機会にこれからの趣味に彩を加えてください♪
