到農場參與新鮮蔬菜的採收體驗之前，可以先去當地的農產生產中心及野生生物保護區走走看看，展開這一趟令人印象深刻的鄉村寄宿之旅。
在宮城縣北部的農家寄宿一晚。準備晚餐時，會用到自己採收的蔬菜及香菇，一起下廚學習當地料理的做法吧。
與住民們共進晚餐、互相交流，實際體驗農村的居家生活。甚至有機會在榻榻米的和室內鋪棉被睡覺喔！

如有安排其它活動，請在10:00出發。
