Plan description

Unlike in summer, in winter the area is covered in snow and there are no walking trails.If you want to see Goshikinuma Tanshoro or Goshikinuma, but are worried about going on your own, please join us on a tour! The fun that can only be had in winter is waiting for you there. Our tours are smaller than typical guided tours. We have a small group system with no more than 9 customers per guide. This is a tour for adults that focuses on nature observation, with a low impact on nature and attentive guide service, allowing you to leisurely explore the swamps that emit a mysterious glow. The morning course is Haregasaya Activities' original course (approximately 2.5 km round trip) that runs along the west side from Yanaginuma, where the blue color stands out, to Bentennuma. We will guide you to places that can only be visited in winter, scenery that can only be seen in winter, and special places.

Course settings that are safe even for beginners!

The course is a tour from Yaginuma to Bentennuma (about 2.5km) on the Goshikinuma Nature Exploration Road. Even those who do not usually exercise and elderly people can enjoy it.

The mysterious glow of Goshikinuma!

Unlike the green season, Urabandai becomes a monochrome world covered in snow. Among them, Goshikinuma, which shines blue, looks even more vivid.

A treasure trove of nature!

Underfoot is smooth powder snow. The voices of wild birds can be heard everywhere. Footprints of animals running across the snowy field. Once you step into the forest, a completely different world opens up to you. Please forget about everyday life and enjoy playing in the snow to your heart's content!

Matters require attention	・Please note that if there is little snow, the course may be changed or you may be required to trek on the snow using a flatland wakanjiki (no claws).・Please arrive at the meeting time in clothes that allow you to use the restroom and depart.
Other notifications	Participants are junior high school students and above. Anyone who is a university student or older is welcome to participate. Pets are not allowed to participate. If the event is held using snowshoes, participation in Wakanjiki will be refused. In order to accommodate as many customers as possible, we do not accept reservations for multiple days in anticipation of bad weather.

From Inawashiro/Bandai Kogen IC towards Urabandai. Approximately 30 minutes from National Route 115 via National Route 459.

If you arrive by train

Please take the Aizu bus from JR Inawashiro Station. The nearest bus stop to the meeting place is “Urabandai Kogen Station”
