This is a morning-only walkway and information plan. Wake up a little earlier than usual, and walk along the mysterious promenade created by the Furano winter.

Furano's morning fushigi world

On a cold winter morning, a mysterious phenomenon appears in the river. Water vapor generated by the difference between the outside air and the water temperature. Get up a little early, listen to the murmuring of the river, and walk along the fusigi art promenade created by the winter and water of Furano.
