Plan description

This is a morning-only walkway and information plan. Wake up a little earlier than usual, and walk along the mysterious promenade created by the Furano winter.

Furano's morning fushigi world

On a cold winter morning, a mysterious phenomenon appears in the river. Water vapor generated by the difference between the outside air and the water temperature. Multiple layers of ice on the riverside. Rime on the branches. … This is all made of water = H2O. Get up a little early, listen to the murmuring of the river, and walk along the fusigi art promenade created by the winter and water of Furano.
