The Akayu Onsen Furusato Festival is a festival held every year on the second weekend of September in Akayu Onsen, Nanyo City, Yamagata Prefecture. The Ryuokai is a local mikoshi (portable shrine) carrying group that is in charge of the mikoshi procession on the first day.
