IRON WORKS KORU【GEMBAモノヅクリエキスポ】 features

Keita Suuma, an iron craftsman who presides over KORU, which conveys the original charm of iron, is both a craftsman and a writer. Ordinary craftsmen find it “interesting” to think “it looks like a hassle”, and think “how can I do it” instead of “I can’t do it”. KORU will create signboard designs that are rejected by ironworks and signboard shops, as well as fixtures and furniture that match the layout of the shop. Through KORU's works, I sincerely hope to convey the original charm of iron. Currently, including nameplates and signboards, we also incorporate collaboration works with other industries such as calligraphers, glass artists, and lacquer craftsmen into the construction industry, and challenge new manufacturing every day.
