In dramatic time from dusk to night, when you organize a zazen in a quiet precinct, the sound of the wind that shakes the grass. The monk's gentle talk makes the heart and body a bit easier. Please, now Sun or do not you come to the temple of the night rounding up the work. A quiet time to face yourself. How about a hands-on training of zazen? A monk will carefully guide you. [Journey] Sutra chanting ~ First, chant the Heart Sutra and Shiko vows. Zazen ~ 3 times of 15 to 30 minutes each time. There are short breaks in between. Procession ~ Walk in the precincts (inside the hall on rainy days) on the way. Dharma talk ~ There is a mini Dharma talk. It's now "Dharma". Tea Ceremony - Enjoy tea and sweets. It is a tea party such as self-introduction.
