A quiet time to face yourself. How about a hands-on training of zazen? A monk will carefully guide you. [Journey] Sutra chanting ~ First, chant the Heart Sutra and Shiko vows. Zazen ~ 3 times of 15 to 30 minutes each time. There are short breaks in between. Procession ~ Walk in the precincts (inside the hall on rainy days) on the way. Dharma talk ~ There is a mini Dharma talk. It's now "Dharma". Tea Ceremony - Enjoy tea and sweets. It is a tea party such as self-introduction.
The monk will carefully guide you, so even first-timers can participate with confidence. Why don't you face yourself and quietly reconsider your heart?
Chairs will be provided for those who have difficulty sitting.
From the temple, you can see the scenery unique to Shimane, such as Mt. Daisen and Lake Shinji. Please feel the scenery and wind of the four seasons. You can surely refresh yourself.
