She is a Japanese sake aficionado and is certified as a Sake Sommelier by the Sake Sommelier Association (London).

First of all, we will introduce the flow of sake brewing in the video, so it is an easy-to-understand project for beginners. After that, the brewer will guide you inside the brewery. Here, you can participate in experiences that can only be done here, such as putting paddles in the moromi and picking lees off the lees. Also, depending on the day, you can also observe the rare bag squeezing. You can sample Japanese sake, and you can also purchase freshly made sake. Also, for those who wish, we will deliver the sake of the day at a later date in an original bottle with your name on it for an additional fee.
