In this casual party-style workshop, you'll learn how to taste Japanese sake, the basic types of sake, and about basic sake brewing techniques.
Your hostess will prepare several types of seasonal sake, plus snacks that match with the sake.
Enjoy conversing with your hostess, who is a long-term resident. Japanese guests can enjoy practicing and conversing in English in a natural setting.

Your hostess is a certified sommelier of the Sake Sommelier Association (London). She has translated brochures, PR material, etc for regional breweries and is knowledgeable about local sake.
