This is a tea mat weaving experience at the Genta Dyeing and Weaving Studio. Just choose your favorite color of thread and weave! From small children to the elderly, even first-time weavers are welcome♪ Foreigners can also enjoy weaving with hand gestures and go home. We have received comments that it is "pretty good" as a mouse pad. Since it is an indoor activity, you don't have to worry about the weather. You can experience it in the quaint workshop inside the castle of Aya International Craft. Staff who have been weaving for nearly 50 years will teach you carefully. ~ Flow of the day ~ ① Choose thread Choose your favorite color from the prepared thread. ② Staff explanation Staff will explain how to weave while demonstrating. ③ Weaving experience Feel free to weave. Please join us for a handmade experience where you can experience the beautiful colors and the fun of hand-weaving. After the experience, you can take a walk in the elegant Japanese garden that shows the expressions of the four seasons and the Amami-style garden that reproduces the virgin forest of Amami.
