Come and try making Japanese sweets at An An, where you can enjoy making two seasonal Japanese sweets per person. You can make authentic Japanese sweets using white bean paste made from white kidney beans from a long-established Kyoto bean paste shop and smooth bean paste made from domestically grown red beans!
以前、和菓子職人さんに練り切り作りを教えてもらったことがあり、その楽しさが忘れられなかったのと自分へのご褒美会のメニューのひとつとして利用させていただきました。 若い女性スタッフさんでしたが、説明が適切かつ分かりやすく不器用な私でもなんとか蝶々と菜の花の練り切りを作ることができました。 とにかく楽しかったです。 ただ日本の伝統を教える方としては和装のことや能楽、歌舞伎のことをご存知なかったことが残念で星マイナス0.5とさせていただきました。 また季節が変わる頃に体験させていただきたいです。 ありがとうございました。
