Surrounded by the beautiful nature of the San'in Coast Geopark, this is a SUP (Stand Up Paddle Board) experience to enjoy in the crystal clear ocean and calm lake. A certified instructor (SUPA) will accompany you as your guide, so even beginners can participate with confidence. On calm days, the experience will be held at places such as Iwato Beach and Otani Beach, which have excellent transparency, and on days with strong waves or wind, it will be changed to calm inland waters such as Tanamaike Pond and Koyama Pond. The best field is selected according to the weather and sea conditions, so you can have a comfortable and safe water experience. The duration is about 3 hours. You can choose from three start times per day (9:30/12:30/15:30), and the capacity is a small group of up to 6 people, so you can enjoy it at a relaxed pace. Participants can range from children aged 3 to 80 years old, and it is recommended for a wide range of people, from families, couples, friends, student groups, coworkers, and individuals. You can either enjoy floating leisurely on the water and feel the nature, or take on a little challenge with the help of a guide. Everyone has their own way of enjoying SUP. Beginners are welcome to experience this SUP tour in the beautiful Sea of Japan in Shimonoseki, Yamaguchi Prefecture, the westernmost point of Honshu. The area is Ogushi Beach, a great spot for the beautiful sea with Atsushi Island in the background and the sunset setting on the horizon, and for experienced people there is also an exploration cruise to the sea cave "Okudani Bat Cave", where long-fingered bats live. A full set of SUP equipment will be provided. All you need to do is wear clothes that you don't mind getting wet. You will be instructed by an SIJ (Student Association of Japan) certified instructor, so even beginners can have a safe and secure SUP experience.

We'll head to the beach on the west side of Miyajima, which you can't get to without a boat! This tour allows you to enjoy a day of SUP in the beautiful sea, where you can relax like at a private beach. All necessary equipment, such as SUP boards, paddles, and life jackets (expandable), are included in the rental, so you can participate empty-handed!
