Tour Wave SUP (Stand Up Paddle Board) Experience! Want to try SUP once? Anyone who wants to have fun can participate with confidence. Let's try it out! SIJ (Japan SUP Instructors Association) certified instructors and SUPA (Japan Stand Up Paddle Board Association) certified instructors will carefully teach you the basics, such as where to stand on the board and how to hold the paddle. After a lecture on the basics of SUP and how to paddle on the beach, you will start practicing on the sea! Start from a seated position, and when you get used to it, you will finally stand up and paddle!
