SUP (Stand Up Paddle) is an ocean sport that originated in Hawaii where you stand on a large surfboard and paddle. It will strengthen muscles and core muscles that you don't normally use, and you can expect a good exercise effect. If you want to relax on the calm lake surface, we recommend early morning and evening, when you are more likely to encounter Mt. Fuji. (The wind is often calm in the early morning hours.) This is a river SUP experience where you will ride a SUP down the Chikuma River in front of Togura Kamiyamada Onsen. Children in the 4th grade and above can experience this.
