We recommend accessing the castle from the entrance of Sakura no Baba Josaen. The scenery along the way is beautiful, and you can enjoy the distinctive buildings and decorations. After arriving, take a short break at the rest area and enjoy a panoramic view of Kumamoto Castle against the backdrop of samurai equipment. After that, you can tour the castle and learn about the history and culture of Kumamoto Castle through the exhibits on the first to sixth floors. *12:00 Enjoy delicious Japanese cuisine for lunch We will guide you to a traditional Japanese restaurant for lunch. Please enjoy the delicate and deep taste of Japanese cuisine to your heart's content. *13:00 Travel to Suizenji Jojuen Garden by chartered bus. It is one of Japan's most representative gardens, boasting beautiful scenery designated as a national scenic spot. Small bridges, flowing water, rocks, flowers, and trees are in harmony in the garden, and walking through the garden will make you feel as if you are in a painting. *15:00 Leave Suizenji Jojuen Garden and head to Kumamon Plaza by bus. There are many goods of Kumamoto Prefecture's mascot character "Kumamon", and they are very cute. If you time it right, you might even be able to see Kumamon's performance and interact with him.
