Tsuyama Castle, which boasts over 100,000 visitors at the Tsuyama Cherry Blossom Festival and Tsuyama Castle Momiji Festival, was specially rented out to host the first ever Tsuyama Castle Dinner (cultural experience, historical lecture, and dinner party). Keiji Takeuchi, who has been awarded the Michelin Bib Gourmand for 10 consecutive years, and Teruyoshi Saito, owner and chef of the French restaurant Hortensia, created a special menu for this dinner party using local ingredients.
