Travel back in time to Japan a long time ago in an old folk house that looks like a scene from an Akira Kurosawa movie! From how to use a sword to samurai etiquette. We will send you an email after your reservation is confirmed, so please be sure to check it. Please let us know if you would like more than 6 people to participate. It can accommodate up to 10 people. In this lesson, you will be able to experience Iai, Gekiken (Kendo), and Batto (trial cutting). These three things together are called Kenjutsu. In Iai, you learn how to handle a sword, in Gekiken, you learn how to maintain distance with your opponent, and how to attack and defend, and in Battou, you learn how to cut. ～Flow of the day: Time varies depending on the number of people～① Demonstration (3 minutes) ② Lecture on swords (20 minutes) ③ Changing into training clothes (10 minutes) ④ Iai lesson (20 minutes) ⑤ Gekken lesson (20 minutes) ⑥Trial cutting (20 minutes) *2 straws are provided for each person, but if you would like to cut additional straws, please let us know (2 additional straws: ¥1,500 including garbage disposal fee) ⑦Granting a seal (5 minutes) ⑧Private clothes Change clothes (10 minutes)

This was a very interesting and informative experience. It was an actual lesson in several forms of swordsmanship. The chance to learn some basics, get some feedback, and finally to cut something with a real katana was unforgettable. Very charismatic instructor with good English skills.
