We have prepared a total of 45 dishes, including Japanese, Western, and Chinese cuisine and desserts, all prepared by our chefs. On weekends and holidays, the chef will demonstrate "Hokkaido Kuroge Wagyu Steak" and desserts, and in September, "Mont Blanc" will also be available. On weekdays, the chef will demonstrate the very popular "Hokkaido Roast Beef" and the restaurant staff will demonstrate "Peach Smoothie". Compared to the previous buffet, the variety and content have been upgraded and we are offering it at a great value.

Hakodate has a lot of delicious, unique and unknown bars.A local English speaker guide will take you to great one! You don't have to worry about Japanese and any research in advance.

This is a special program offered twice a month by Japanese restaurant Yuzuri, a popular restaurant in Abashiri. You will watch as the owner, Saito, who was the head chef at a hotel in Abashiri city, the city of food, prepares dishes using seafood from Abashiri, and receive instruction in the art of Japanese cuisine. Enjoy his superb knife skills and exquisite cooking. After learning about the differences and tips for preparing seasonal fish, as well as how to use professional seasonings, you will experience making salmon roe pickled in soy sauce (or oysters pickled in oil depending on the season).
