激しいイメージがありますが、そんなにキツくないプランで、十分楽しめました。大学生くらい（男）だと、物足らないかもしれません。とくにキャニオニングは初めてで、自然の中の遊び場を探して冒険という感じで楽しかったです。もっと、山奥に行きたかった。
