From Yagaji Island, which is connected to Kouri Island by a bridge, you can go around the islands on an electric scooter (kickboard). The 3-hour plan also allows you to fully enjoy sightseeing on Kouri Island. The scooter is OK for use on public roads (ECO mode allows riding on sidewalks), so you can take photos of the spectacular views from Kouri Ohashi Bridge that you can't take by car.
