Mutsunohana is a Japanese restaurant that is open only for lunch two days a week (Wednesdays and Thursdays), located in Kawada-cho, Sabae City, which is known for producing Echizen lacquerware. The owner, who wanted to deepen his knowledge of Japanese culture, trained as a chef in Kyoto and also experienced Italian cuisine in Tokyo. While the cooking style is not limited to Japanese or Western cuisine, we use plenty of Fukui's seasonal ingredients centered on cha-kaiseki (tea kaiseki cuisine). I am serving. Please spend an elegant and extraordinary time while listening to the story and thoughts of each dish.

Nishikori Lacquerware Store is a lacquerware shop run by brothers in Kawada, the town of Echizen lacquerware. In this experience, you will receive direct instruction from Mr. Masataka Nishikikori, a craftsman at Nishikikori Lacquerware Shop, and experience wiping lacquer on a wooden tray. The tray, which can be used for serving meals or as a tray for breakfast and snacks, will make your usual little time your favorite time. *The tray in the photo is an image.
