It is an experience of making oyaki at Kayabuki no Yakata, an inn in the valley of Shinshu. What is "oyaki"? What is it for non-Shinshu people? I'm feeling? Oyaki is made by dissolving wheat flour in water, kneading it, and wrapping bean paste made from red beans and vegetables. To put it plainly, is it a bun? ?? This is made all over Nagano prefecture, and the taste varies depending on the shop and home. At Kayabuki no Yakata, the surface is lightly baked by steaming. The skin and the bean paste inside are all handmade! It will be an experience of making such Shinshu soul food "Oyaki" with a local mother. In Shinshu, people of all ages are enjoying themselves. Lessons and clinics where I am told various things are a bit troublesome. But I want to check my own skating. I just want to see how I skate! I want to know! If so, this plan is recommended. You can skate the way you want, and we will take pictures (videos and still images) from in front of you or while following you. If possible, we will ask you to airdrop the data taken with an iPhone or GoPro each time for confirmation. After the plan ends, it is possible to hand it over all at once, but since the amount of data will be quite large, it is usually uploaded to the free cloud by midnight (or the next day depending on the amount of data) after the plan ends. Please download it where you have a high-speed connection. Please note that this does not mean that you will be able to take high quality photos that will "stand out".
