It is a SUP (Stand Up Paddle) experience tour that can be enjoyed freely by infants and adults at the small natural lake "Matsubara Lake" at the foot of Mt. Yatsugatake in Nagano Prefecture. Speaking of outdoor sports that can be enjoyed by family and friends ... !! SUP is the best! In the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd outdoors, there are plenty of rental tools for everyone to enjoy! There is also free time! You can make the best memories using SUP! Dogs are also welcome! It is the only school in Nagano prefecture that is officially recognized by SIJ (Japan SUP Leaders Association). ~ Flow of the day ~ ① Fill in the reception agreement and settle at the site. Changing clothes and renting rental equipment in the changing room (required time: 15 to 30 minutes) ② Guide introduction, preparatory exercise, etc. After changing clothes, pre-training on land for preparatory exercise and paddle (rowing tools) (required time: 15 minutes) ③ First half of the lake : Let's paddle to the lake!
