Kintsugi is a repair technique in which broken parts of ceramics such as cracks, chips, and cracks are glued together with lacquer and decorated with gold and other metal powder. It is also called Kintsukuroi. At our salon, we use simple lacquer instead of real lacquer, and we finish it reasonably. Tableware that holds a special meaning is revived by Kintsugi, and upgraded by gold. We accept lessons and orders. It is resistant to rashes and dries quickly, so you can take your work home with you on the same day. In addition, in this course, you can prepare a vessel for restoration, so you can easily experience Kintsugi empty-handed. Of course, you can also bring the vessel you want to do kintsugi. The shop is located in Nihonbashi, Tokyo, where many long-established traditional craft shops gather.
