駅から近いのですが、マンションの1室だとは思わなかったので、最初は若干見つけづらいかもしれません。 少し早めに着いたのですが、さっそく実習へ。あとから別の方も何人か来たのですが、こちらの教室に通われている常連さんだったようで、それぞれ違うパンをつくっていました。 たまたま？女性だけだったのですが、なんとなくおしゃべりしながらパンの発酵や焼き上がりを待つ時間はのどかでよかったです。 難点を挙げるならば、ちょっと教室内が物でごちゃごちゃしてしまっていることでしょうか。古いマンションだからか、水場も狭めでした。 スポットでパンづくりをできる場所は意外と都内にないので、興味があればおすすめです。
