Beginners and those with small children can participate with peace of mind with a private tour with time settings and a small number of people.
I had a fun night kayaking until a Photo-Spot for the Tokyo Skytree. We had two guides who helped us how to steer the kayak correctly. Both of them took pictures for US and explained the group a bit the Story of the river (east from Tokyo) and the Skytree of course. In Overall it is a nice experience and I recommend this to everyone.
