Fuji, in Hakone City, and is a famous tourist spot in Hakone. Owakudani, a popular tourist destination in Japan, is the remains of a crater formed by a large eruption that occurred on the northern slope of Kamiyama about 4,000 years ago at the end of the Hakone volcanic activity. Most of the spring water in Owakudani is poisonous, so it is also called "Great Hell". It was not until Emperor Meiji visited in 1876 that the name was changed to Owakudani. You can try the Owakudani specialty "black eggs" at your own expense▼ Lake Yamanaka Shiratorihama - You can take photos of swans and Mt. Fuji in the same frame, which looks like the real thing. Lake Yamanaka, one of the Fuji Five Lakes, has a lakeside area called "Shiratorihama" because many swans live there. In addition to bird watching, it is also a great place to take photos of swans with Mt. Fuji in the background. The swans here are very friendly, as they are often fed by tourists.▼ Oshino Hakkai Oshino Hakkai is a collective name for eight clear springs created by the meltwater from Mt.
