Casually! Fun! This is a program where you can experience the traditional Japanese culture of "martial arts" and "kendo"! Of course, you can experience the sport of kendo, but you can also experience the mind and spirit. The theme of the experience program is "Senshin", which means to remove the dirt and bad feelings from your mind and have a pure heart. Based on that theme, we have five programs such as "listen", "touch", "do", "watch" and "interact" that allow you to experience the spirit of martial arts and traditional Japanese culture through kendo. You will hear about the history of kendo, touch and wear kendo equipment, and actually do some striking. You will also watch a kendo match between high-ranking practitioners, and the program lasts for about three hours. There will also be free time for mutual exchanges and photography.
