快晴の平日に一日コースに参加しました。大人なので体力的に、体力のある学生の子の邪魔にならないか心配でしたが、平日なので参加者が少なく、マイペースに楽しめました。インストラクターの方は海外出身の方が多いらしいです。言葉は問題なく通じます。川に落ちた時に安全に浮くルールを何度も最初に教わって川でダッキーしました。泳げないですが、落ちても鼻で水を飲むくらいで平気でした。シャワークライミングは森の中を歩くので、日焼けの心配はないですが、少し肌寒さがあります。歩いたことない道のない道を進むのが楽しかったです。ジャンプする所が沢山あって身体を張って楽しめました！写真を沢山とってもらって、思い出に残りました！丸一日は結構体力が必要だと感じました。しかしせっかく山奥にいくなら、一日通しの方が楽しめる気がします。

家族で初めてSUPを体験しました。脚がつかない大きな川で流されてしまうのでは？と不安でしたが、かなり本格的な救命ベストを付けていたので安心出来ました。流れが速いところもありますが、インストラクターの方々が、親切に丁寧に教えてくれたので本当に初心者でも大丈夫です。コツを掴めば、案外、簡単にボードの上に立って、パドルで気持ちよく漕ぐ事ができます。自然と水に癒されて、今ここ、にいられた感じでとてもリフレッシュできて、集中できて楽しむ事ができました。スタッフのみなさん、ありがとうございました。
