“Nama Yatsuhashi” is a Kyoto confectionery that represents Kyoto. Challenge yourself by making the dough for three types of raw yatsuhashi: bean paste, matcha, and roasted chestnuts. The finished product is a souvenir.

"Otofu" is one of Kyoto's representative ingredients. You will make soy milk and okara, and make everything from "Oboro tofu" to "Momen tofu". The freshly made "Oboro tofu" is exceptionally delicious, and can only be tasted during this experience! Since sitting in the seiza style puts a lot of strain on the legs, we also offer an experience using a table and chairs called the ryurei style.
