In addition to observing the starry sky with the naked eye, astronomical observations using a Newton-type reflective telescope with a focal length of 800 mm and a diameter of 200 mm are also performed. Even during busy periods such as summer vacation and autumn holidays, you can experience the tranquility of Shiretoko here. This course passes through old development sites and forests to see the groundwater waterfalls that flow into the Sea of Okhotsk. On clear days, you can see the 200m high cliffs that stretch all the way to Cape Shiretoko. Like "Furepe Falls," this is a course to see cliff waterfalls, but this one is a bit wilder, with no walking trails and requiring climbing over logs. This is an eco-friendly one-day tour of Shiretoko's most famous scenic spots: the Shiretoko Five Lakes, Furepe Falls, and Shiretoko Pass. The tour is conducted on e-bikes due to the many ups and downs, but it still requires some physical strength, so it is recommended for those who normally enjoy long cycling trips. The tour includes 3km and 3 hours of trekking at the Shiretoko Five Lakes and 2km and 1 hour of trekking at Furepe Falls. Lunch at the Shiretoko Five Lakes is included in the price.
