This is Japan's first SUP tour with drift ice as a backdrop. Drift ice can be seen floating in the Sea of Okhotsk, located in northeastern Japan, every year. The drift ice season runs from January to March, with the peak drift ice SUP season occurring from late February to early March. The drift ice SUP tour will be held in the Sea of Okhotsk in the Abashiri area. Hokkaido is the southernmost spot in the Northern Hemisphere where drift ice appears. If you're lucky, you might even spot Steller's sea eagles and spotted seals, animals that come from the far northern seas. Come and enjoy this extraordinary experience!
