Experience making sushi rolls using local and seasonal ingredients. You will be taught by the owner, who has over 10 years of experience. He will explain everything carefully, so even beginners can make sushi rolls skillfully and enjoyably. We also have over 30 types of sake available. This Japanese-style cooking masterclass is offered by Cooking Culture School of Hiroshima in collaboration with a local magazine SEEKING HIROSHIMA. In this lesson you will prepare and eat a thick rolled sushi usually served for special occasions and a miso soup with Hiroshima produce dried sardines.​ ​​ ​​ ​
