「そんなん子供でもできるぞ」 フライボードの時に、このような言葉を投げかけられます。基本的に強い口調で、高圧的に感じる人もいるときっといるでしょうね。確かに風が強く波も高く、体験者の安全を考慮しているからかもしれません。それなら聞いてもらうために言い方を改善しては？と思い、接客のあり方に疑問を持ちました。 また、ウェイクボードではボートのスクリューにリードラインが絡まるトラブルで中止になってしまいました。これは仕方ありません。 そのあと、結果的にジェットスキーに変更になりましたが、このとき「ジェットスキー乗るか」と聞かれただけでした。当初の予定を変更するのであれば、全員に対して「こういう変更をしたいのだが構わないか」と確認をすべきだと思います。 また、中止になったときに「この天気の中ウェイクは無謀だよね」と言われました。その判断をするのはプロであるそちらの仕事では？とここでも営業のあり方に疑問が出ました。 ついでに、ボートトラブルを解消するために300㎏くらいありそうな水上バイクを持つのを手伝いました。重かったです。 唯一フライボードが楽しかったので、星２つです。

まず、現地についてからの電話対応がヒドイ。100メートルほど先の街の駅にバスを停めて、電話をすると『その手前にファミレスあるでしょ？そこの前だから』と言われ、言われた場所に着いたが、ジェットスキーなどは見当たらず。もう一度電話して、バスの運転手さんと変わると『なに？タクシー？そこからファミレス見えるでしょ？その下のところだから、休憩所の左がのところ降りたらあるから』と友達と喋ってんのかコイツと思う内容。 その時、スピーカー話したいので、バスに乗ってる全員がその会話を聞いていて、行きたくねえという雰囲気が車内を包みました。 アクティビティの内容はフライボードとジェットスキーで14500円程度。普段館山でジェットブレードをやるのですが、そっとの2倍以上の値段がします。 しかも、1人あたりの時間は10分程度（ネットには20分と書いていた）。 我々が着く前にやっていた、女性2人組に対しても、『楽しかったでしょ』と終始ドヤっていました。ウチの嫁が、『なんか、あの人ドヤっててウザいですね』と女性2人組に言うと『そうなんですよ、ずっとあんな感じで嫌です』と言ってました笑 恐らく、人によって対応の内容を変えるタイプだと思います。

結論から最悪でした。 偉そうなおじさんが常時横柄な態度で接してくる、スタッフを怒鳴る、お世辞にもお金を払ってもらってる人への態度ではなかったです。 いい歳した大人が恥ずかしくないのか？ レクチャーは1.2分で体験は5.6分のみです。2人でも合計20分ほど。 1人20分の体験とは…？ぼったくりにも程がありました。 この業者は利用しない方がいいです。 体験時に立たせないよう嫌がらせされたりと本当に気分が悪かったのでせっかくの旅行に水を差されます。
