Normally, it will be an all-you-can-play course for 120 minutes, but if you make a reservation for 5 people or more, you can extend the experience time to 3 hours!
今回、フライボードを体験しました。集合場所の案内はあったものの、公園の住所だけで詳細の場所の案内が無く、その時間になっても誰もいなく、電話して詳細を聞き、やっと辿り着きました。 また、それ以前に予約の内容がお得無料とあり、3人で予約すると1人分の料金が無料になるプランで、予約後料金の変更をすると書いておきながら、一切連絡無く3人分の料金を取られました。 実際は一人キャンセルになってしまい、2人での参加でしたが、その分のキャンセル料金が100%と言うのは理解しますが、そもそもの料金は2人分の料金なので、3人分の料金を取られるのは理解出来ませんでした。詳細の確認をするも、返信無い状態です。 ただ、現地のスタッフはとても対応良く楽しく体験出来ました。とても優しく教えてくれて、気持ち良い乗せ方をしてくれました。体験自体は楽しかったので、また参加したいですが。。。こちらも料金云々では無く、気持ちよく払いたいので、改善して頂きたいです。
