Sightseeing on the island departs around 9 o'clock, but please contact us as the departure time can be changed in time for the afternoon ferry. A plan that includes a sea turtle snorkel and a mermaid experience in Miyakojima ♡ Children from 3 years old are OK! For small children under 5 years old, we will provide a float with box glasses or a float with feet in it. We will prepare floats depending on the sea conditions on the day and the age of your child. The person who started the sea turtle boom will decide the meeting place from among the points on Miyakojima where you can swim with sea turtles, depending on the wind direction and tide movement on the day. Our proud snorkeling experience focuses on choosing the best points for the day! This is a tour that includes a mermaid experience that takes advantage of the nature of Miyakojima! The instructor in charge will take photos from various angles. Many wild sea turtles are friendly, so you can often swim at close range. We will start from the beach where you can touch your feet. We will search for points on the beach, so you will not be on a boat. This tour is sure to satisfy even first-timers. We make sure that even those who are new to the mermaid experience can take photos with confidence.

This event is held throughout the year, and after observing insects in the forest (larvae from autumn to spring), parents and children will explore the creatures in the river. On the day, gather at the meeting point and rent a Panasonic electric bicycle (with front and rear child seats, 20-inch and 24-inch MTBs are available for upper elementary school students) (free of charge). Put on gloves and go through the grass and turn over stones to catch fish and crayfish. Spring water and cold water points do not move, so you can catch them with your bare hands. The main targets for capture are turtles, frogs, catfish, Japanese mitten crabs, striped shrimp, Yamato swamp shrimp, American crayfish, Ukigoi, Chichibu, loach, Moroko, Motsugo, Japanese river snail, Taiwanese clam, dragonfly nymph, and river insects. Many creatures live behind the stones and many hide underneath, so turn over lots of stones to see them. Winter observations are easier to observe. We look forward to your participation and applications. If you cancel on the day, we will reschedule free of charge. If you wish to take fish home, please bring a plastic case and bubble tea (battery-operated; only the fish need oxygen). There are many paid parking lots at the local meeting point. We will meet at the market 10 minutes before the tour starts. If you are delayed due to traffic congestion, we would appreciate it if you could consider an afternoon Seesion or change the date. This is a tour for children only. Targeted from infants to elementary school students. ~ Flow of the day ~ Meet at Chofu Station or Shindai Nigi-no-Sato at 8:00 am (by car) If you would like to look for turtles and mitten crabs on site, please bring a bucket with you. After searching for turtles, we searched for crayfish and fish in the nearby irrigation canals. This is a nature experience program where you can catch fish in ponds around Chiba Prefecture.
