You can make your own one-of-a-kind Ryukyu glass using the traditional free-blowing method! The Ryukyu glass we make is made from recycled bottles such as awamori bottles. You can make glasses using the same method as the Ryukyu glass made in Okinawa in the past. However, it is not just an experience of blowing into a glass, but you will experience various processes yourself! [What is Jesmonite?] Jesmonite is a water-based modeling material developed in the UK. Although it is a resin, it does not contain organic solvents, is heat-resistant, highly durable, and does not yellow or deteriorate easily. Safe for both humans and the environment, it is used for a wide range of applications, including art, sculpture, furniture, accessories, and architecture. Unlike resin, it has almost no glossiness typical of plastic and features a calm, stone-like texture. Your jesmonite creations can be used daily as accessory trays, candle trays, aroma trays, or small item holders. [Notes] - The jesmonite hardens in approximately one hour after pouring into the mold, but takes approximately 24 hours to fully harden. Why not create your own Ishigaki Island ocean with the trendy resin art? It can be enjoyed by families, couples, friends, or even by yourself, regardless of age or gender. Beginners and children are welcome to participate! It is perfect as a souvenir for yourself as a memento of your trip! We use a heat gun, so the white waves look just like the real thing! There are classic resin arts where you draw pictures on a board, and rare resin arts on glass!
