A 45-minute plan for Sap Yoga, where you can fully feel the sounds of rivers and waves, the pleasant breeze, the warmth of the sun, and nature. We will do simple stretching, yoga, and pair play poses that you can do even for the first time on SUP. The very popular sea sup yoga. Even if it's your first time doing yoga, don't worry. Would you like to refresh yourself in nature? If the weather is nice, you can also see Mt. Fuji. It starts with simple stretches, so you don't have to worry about any exercise experience. Almost everyone makes their yoga debut through SUP Yoga! ︎The second half is a balance pose, and once you get used to it, try a standing pose. It's okay even if you have no exercise experience! Yoga performed in nature is liberating and exhilarating.

Playing in the water in the great outdoors. Children can practice fluttering with their feet in the water, or start by getting used to the water.
