Welcome to our canoe tour set in the rich mangrove forests of Amami Oshima. You will not be with other tour guests at our shop. We aim to provide a completely private and memorable tour. Canoes are available in single and double seater. (A highly stable canoe for beginners) = Single seater = Excellent stability and maneuverability, ideal for people aged 7 to 60 years old. Designed for beginners to enjoy with peace of mind, it is chosen by many guests. = Double seater = Recommended for families with small children or when riding with elderly people. You can experience the fun of rowing together in unison. Mangrove forests are places that are affected by the ebb and flow of the ocean tides. The characteristic of this tour is that you can enjoy different scenery depending on the ebb and flow of the tides. At low tide, it is easy to observe the ecosystem under the water, and at high tide, you can enjoy the magnificent view of the mangroves from the water. Experience the extraordinary beauty of each time of day when you join the tour and enjoy a new encounter with the nature of Amami. Our tours go from the upstream of the river to the mouth of the river. The course then mainly returns upstream from the river mouth. You can choose the meeting place according to your convenience. You can meet at our free parking lot near the airport in the north of Amami, or if you are staying in Amami City, which is on the way to the canoeing venue, you can meet in the city or meet at the site!

Enjoy freely with your family, friends, or partner. ・ It is a one-day tour from 9:00 to 17:00, so you can enjoy a leisurely Amami time. ~ Flow of the day ~ * The schedule below is an example when the pick-up location is the center of Naze. 9:00 If you would like to be picked up and dropped off, meet at the hotel or Amanico Shop, and the tour itinerary will be explained. 9:40 After arriving at the site, there will be a lecture on how to paddle a canoe. 10:00 Mangrove canoe tour: High tide is recommended for those who want to have a lot of fun canoeing, and low tide is recommended for those who want to land on the tidal flats and observe the wildlife! 12:30 Lunch: Eat an island bento lunch at a scenic spot. 14:15 Head to Kinsakubaru Primeval Forest. Enter the forest road. Drive 4.5 km on the unpaved forest road to the gate of Kinsakubaru Primeval Forest. Enjoy the natural streams, springs, and scenery along the way. 14:45 Arrive in front of the Kinsakubaru Primeval Forest gate, and start the approximately 2 km Kinsakubaru trek. 16:30 Trekking ends. 17:00 Pick-up and drop-off at the hotel or Amanico Shop.
