Morning sessions from August 1st to September 23rd start at 8:00 AM! Please apply for the "All-You-Can-Eat" course! ■Contents: Learn about the river's flow, drifting, braving rapids, spotting and tracking wildlife, rock balancing, diving, offensive and defensive techniques, rock climbing up to 7 meters, water skimming, waterfall training, and hiding in waterfalls. *The above activities may be reduced depending on individual physical strength, weather, and environment. *This is not intended for children, but they tend to be more agile and physically fit. (They may be inactive and stiff, and adults may find it difficult.) ■Participation Requirements, Age, etc. (Physical strength required!) Ages: 6-60. *Even for those 50 years old who are not regularly active, it may be dangerous. *Guides will not generally provide full-time assistance to those who are easily scared or lack physical strength. *Those with a BMI of over 30 are not permitted. Sawanobori Canyoning (Suidon) August 1st - September 23rd: 8:00 AM, everyone! (Groups of 2-3 people) - Morning activities are cheaper.
