Summer in Hokkaido is something that everyone wants to visit at least once. We will guide you through "Okhotsk", which is rich in nature even in Hokkaido, for a leisurely day. The theme of the Shiretoko area is "to fully enjoy nature". In the morning, a guided walk around the Shiretoko Goko Lakes takes you through the representative fields of Shiretoko. We will pick you up at a restaurant in Utoro for lunch. The remaining half day is trekking in the primeval forest. We will take you to a place with a superb view of cliffs and waterfalls by walking along the animal trail. You can immerse yourself in the charm of the world natural heritage Shiretoko through encounters with wild animals and dynamic scenery. *If the Shiretoko Five Lakes are closed due to brown bear appearances, snowfall, etc., there may be cases where the morning and afternoon tours are replaced, another course is offered, and the tour ends in half a day (in that case, a refund will be given). Please forgive me in advance. ◆This facility is registered as a nationwide travel support store that handles regional coupons. "Regional Coupons" can only be used for local payments.
We are a group of 5 pax and we had a great walk with Kanako san as our guide. We saw bear claws mark on the tree, bear paws print, deer skull and things we would have miss if we were to walk on our own. A deer suddenly ran towards us and stayed with us during our walk and Kanako San told us it not a good sign as the deer might have been spooked by a bear. It was a beautiful and exciting walk for us. Highly recommend Kanako san for your guided walk.

Even during busy periods such as summer vacation and autumn holidays, you can experience the tranquility of Shiretoko here. This course passes through old development sites and forests to see the groundwater waterfalls that flow into the Sea of Okhotsk. On clear days, you can see the 200m high cliffs that stretch all the way to Cape Shiretoko. Like "Furepe Falls," this is a course to see cliff waterfalls, but this one is a bit wilder, with no walking trails and requiring climbing over logs. If it becomes dangerous due to a storm or other reasons, we will contact you by mobile phone and, if you wish, we will cancel (free of charge) or introduce you to an available tour the next day or later (same price).

Canoeing and kayaking are popular waterside activities. And in the Sapporo area, which is blessed with water resources such as the Ishikari River, there are many waterfronts that you can get close to. Nonetheless, it may be difficult to play alone, and it may be difficult to assess the risks of playing in nature. This experience is a kind of boat called "inflatable kayak", and you can enjoy rowing a calm river or flat lake surface with a tool called "paddle" with a board called "blade" on both ends. The hull is designed to be inflated with air, so it has excellent mobility and transportability, and when deflated, it becomes smaller than a tent, making it a compact vehicle that can be easily transported even in a passenger car. Of course, the hull, which is the buoyancy body, has a multi-chamber structure, and even if one buoyancy cannot be secured, other buoyancy bodies will back it up, so you can enjoy it with peace of mind. In this plan, the maximum number of boats managed by the guide in charge is reduced under the environment of with corona, so you can enjoy the inflatable kayak experience almost privately. Especially recommended for families and small groups. Of course, we will give you a thorough lecture on how to maneuver the boat at the beginning, so please do not worry. Surrounded by nature, the area around the Chitose River is in harmony with nature, with red-crowned cranes inhabiting the reservoir, making it the perfect place for convenience and refreshment!! The chirping of birds, the presence of great egrets and gray herons, the movement of carp and crucian carp hiding in the roots of reeds, and the shoals of salmon that come upstream in the autumn will surely arouse your interest. During warmer months, it might be fun to look underwater with water glasses. After the experience, please relax in Naganuma Town, which is the departure and arrival base. There are many attractive foods in the town, such as delicious farm restaurants, traditional Genghis Khan, soft serve ice cream with plenty of milk. Also, it would be nice to warm up your cold body at "Naganuma Onsen", and a day camp is also recommended. (Please contact us for tent rental)

A miracle of nature begins to spun Feel the charm of "ice candy" ~ Wear Snowshoes and head from the heavy snow field to the cave where the largest 2,500 ice ridges in Japan exist. This is a 40-minute one-way course with a view of the valleys, clear streams, and volcanic rocks that appear in the world of silver. This is a full-half-day tour where the local guide tells you the charm of the Ainu people hidden in the cave. ● What is Hyojun? Drops of water falling from the ceiling instantly become ice and gradually grow upward. Cave in the sub-zero less is a phenomenon that unless does not occur. Numerous ice ridges that stretched straight like bamboo shoots have an overwhelming presence and are beautiful.
This is a very different experience walking on snow that can be 1m deep. Need some stamina and strength as we walk thru some really deep powdery snow. Saw ice bamboo cave, a very unique structure formed naturally. The guide Fumi-san is very experienced and knowledgeable about the area. He can speak good English, the tea and cookies he prepared for us were yummy! Highly recommended if you want to experience walking on snow while snowing.

The expression standing on the tree is very dignified and cool. The appearance of flying is elegant itself. There is no doubt that even adults will get excited. In addition to eagles, you can also see red-crowned cranes, whooper swans, and ducks. Also, in the midwinter, the rime and rime on cold days are very beautiful. The luxury of being alone in the cold and quiet river is exceptional. Let's enjoy the cold weather perfectly! The inner parlor of Sapporo, the Jozankei area. Mt. Horai, a mountain at Nakayama Pass a little further back. Thanks to the altitude gained by car, you can enjoy a mountainous hike from the starting point. Due to the high altitude, there is still a lot of snow even in early winter and during the remaining snow season. The best times to visit are before the cold of early winter sets in and early spring when the weather is getting warmer. It's cold in the snowy mountains, so this tour is recommended for those who want to climb a snowy mountain and want to make their snowshoe debut. This tour will take you on a drive to search for creatures that represent Shiretoko in winter. The main focus will be on large birds of prey, such as Steller's sea eagles and white-tailed eagles, which are designated as natural monuments and visit Shiretoko in winter. You can use binoculars and telescopes to observe their fearless faces as they stare intently at the sea and rivers, searching for prey, and you may even see them diving into the sea to hunt fish. Canyoning is a tour where you can enjoy nature by walking in the clean water at the headwaters of the river, letting yourself in the flow of the river, jumping into the river, and sliding on a natural waterslide. Why don't you enjoy the short summer in Hokkaido ♪
