Glass workshop Sand Play is a concept that "shape human thoughts". Let's make your original glass tableware with sandblasting experience. The instructor will help you properly so that you can shape your thoughts. Glass to be used is upscale "oriental Sasa Thu is made of." It will be a very nice glass. We also accept group participants.

We will make a "dragonfly ball" with various colors and patterns. A glass rod is melted with a burner, wound around a metal rod, and slowly cooled in a slow cooling material. You can create various patterns by mixing the glass of your favorite color or adding a flower pattern. The dragonfly balls you make can be used for accessories such as pendants, straps, and bracelets, and you can also make incense holders. Since a burner is used, participants must be at least 4 years old in elementary school.

We offer a variety of "tonbo beads" unique to Otaru, the city of glass. Choose a glass dragonfly ball with your favorite color and design from among them. Then, we will make it into a necklace, strap, or bracelet according to your preference. Why not try wearing the glass decorations inherited from Japan's Heian period as modern accessories?

Carving by blowing fine sand onto glass...it's like a glass sculpture♪ It's a sandblasting experience. Draw your favorite design or text on a cutting sheet, cut it out, and paste it onto a glass container. All you have to do is blow special sand onto the glass with the sheet pasted on it to create a frosted glass finish! It can be enjoyed by everyone from children to adults. Candles have now become indispensable healing items all over the world. Why not try making a candle that will soothe your soul? Along with making candles, we also make holders for lighting them. Finish by pasting colorful chips cut in the style of stained glass onto the prepared glass container. You will be soothed by the candle light and the colors that are inserted into the holder ♪

Melt "Milfiori" using an electric furnace and make a pendant top. Milfiori has the meaning of "thousand flowers" in Italian. Scattered with small glass beads, you can make a beautiful pendant top.

Use a piece of colorful glass, it makes the original tabletop mirror. Square of Mira - (9 centimeter square), we will paste the colored glass. Work will end in about 30 minutes. Since the colored glass is a safely processed, small children worry! You can participate from kindergarten. Out of the box, let's look forward to the original mirror making a memorable!
